3 Our offerings Clay Stocks Face Bricks Face bricks are used to make beautiful buildings, they are more expensive, but are worth it. If you are looking for good insulation, a wide selection of colours, designs and textures face bricks will be the best brick for your needs. Dimensions: 222mm x 106mm x 73mm Coverage: 55 bricks / Sqm Single Wall, 110 Bricks/Sqm Double Wall Semi Face Clay Bricks Semi Face Clay Bricks can be either unplastered or plastered. Generally these are used unplastered as they look good and are well priced. Total savings when building is much better when using semi face. The reason these bricks are used is because they use less mortar, less bricks per sqm, save on time and labour costs. Dimensions: 290mm x 140mm x 90mm Coverage: 33/sqm, there is no need to build a double wall with Maxis. Cement Bricks Cement Brick 10MPa The cement bricks are made with a blend of sand, stone and cement and are suitable for cost effective building. Cement Bricks 7MPa The 7 mpa cement brick is suitable for wall building and is a very cost effective way of building small single storey houses. Cement Maxi These bricks are the same as the Clay maxi s although they are solid bricks without holes in them. Often used in low cost housing projects due to the speed with which you can build, saving on labour cost and mortar. We build to spec according to building plans and if none has been made, a building plan can be drawn up at additional cost. Depending on the style of the house, and the size, our prices vary.
