So please clarify whether we are eligible less than Rs.20 lakhs in Govt. /Semi Govt. Departments. Panel Architects/ Engineers on LIC Govt. undertaking organizations are allowed to quote the tender. We will consider your request if you send us approved documents of MIDC to this office. However at this stage it is not possible to incorporate your Shakti make. 1) Architects / Engineers and Contractors having experience of similar nature of single work costing not less than Rs.20 lakhs in Govt. /Semi Govt. Departments. Panel Architects/ Engineers on LIC, Govt. undertaking organizations are allowed to quote the tender. 2) Yes MIDC can Accepts Bank Guarantee for payment of S.D. if the letter is enclosed for availing this facility in the envelope No 1. 3) The tender rates are inclusive of all taxes & duties.

Budget for Year , Central Govt. has imposed service % on all services & declared negative list of 18 items on which no service tax is levied. Out of this, one is Government Work. Please clarify whether M.I.D.C. comes under this category (i.e. Government Work). Whether Service Tax is required to be paid for this work & suppose we pay service tax for this work, whether M.I.D.C. is going to reimburse this amount after showing satisfactory evidence of payment of service tax. As organizations like LIC, BSNL, MTNL are reimbursing the same. 4) Item No.4 Vitrified Tile Flooring In that item tiles of colour white/ Ivory/ or any other colour is mentioned. The rates of tiles depend upon colour of tile. So Please mention colour of Tile & Basic rate of tile to be fixed. 5) Item No.8 Ceramic Tile- Rates of tile depends upon size of tile. Please mention the size of tile & basic rate of tile. Please also clarify whether it is used for floor or dado. 6) Item No.31- Overhead Storage Cabinets. - Overhead Storage Cabinets is made of 12 mm thick common plywood board. Whether the frame of 12 mm plywood is durable & whether it is possible to fix hinges on 12mm plywood. Please clarify. 7) Item No Main Table Please clarify whether Pedestal unit is included in the item. As per Godrej rate broucher it is ancillary unit 8) Item No.38.4 & Item No both items are of 3 Seater Sofa. Estimated rates given in the tender are Rs /- & Rs. The Colour and design will be decided as per Consultancy services appointed by you as per consent of MIDC officials before execution of item. You are requested to quote the rates accordingly, considering item 72.1 of consultant charges. As per above You are requested to quote rate considering the durability of the cabinet for using the suitable type of hinges of required thickness of the plywood as per consultancy services mutually appointed by you and MIDC officials as per item No 72.1 of Schedule B and the item shall be read as Qty.- Job, Rate- Rs.. 1,10, and amount Rs. 1,10, This item includes with the cost of pedestal etc. Please consider both item of ALPINA make and quote the rates accordingly.

The item wording & item wise specification is same for these two items, the estimated rates for these two items are different. Please clarify whether there is any difference in these two items. 9) Item No TEA TABLE, Item No ROUND TABLE, Item No CENTER TABLE In the item wise specification, for all these items, it is mentioned that table shall be of Godrej make & it s model shall be ALICE. As per Godrej broucher ALICE Item No and 40.4 shall be of make Alice and as per Godrej broacher. Item No.40.1 round table shall be as per design and direction of engineer in charge & consultant appointed. Design and drawing shall be submitted before execution of work. model table is made in rectangular shape & in one size only. But in Estimate Rates are different of these three items for Item No Rs. 8500/-, for Item No Rs. 1500/-& for Item No Rs. 8900/-. As specification for these three items are same, Please clarify whether there is any difference in these three items. 10) Item No.25,26 &27 These three items are of full height partition, Whether the item of partition includes door. If yes then please specify the details about fixtures Item No.27 is required for preparation of table desk with drawer and also for the placing of the computers. It is to be separated by half height partition for individual staff including all necessary hardware s and not required for the full height. 11) Item No. 26 & 27- Both the items are of full height partition,. The item wording is also same except in the Item No. 26 BTC ( Clarification is as above. 38mmx12mm ) is additionally mentioned. But the estimated rate is almost double of Item No 26 than of Item No. 27. So please clarify what is the difference between these two items. There is no reference drawing for these two items is in the tender to make out difference in the rates of these two items 12) Item No. 29 & 30.-Column Panelling & Wall Panelling. In As per the best suitable practice and as per the direction of engineer in charge and the consultant.

5 this item 12 mm plywood is fixed on Teak Wood Frame. But the size of Teak Wood Frame is not mentioned in the tender & specification. So please give details. 13)Item No. 32- SideTable unit Please give detail Drawing. In this item T. W. Member/ Aluminium angles is mentioned. Please clarify where they are to be fixed & also explain meaning of light Patti as mentioned in the item wording. 13) Item No. 37 Glass Design and drawing of side table unit and revolving glass door shall be as per the best engineering practice and direction of consultant and engineer in charge. Please go as per specification mentioned in tender item. Door Please mention size of Teak Wood Frame to be used. 14) Item No. 41- S-1 Storage Unit Whether it is Godrej made Or otherwise. Please give detail drawing & specification for the same for tender working. S-1 storage is not required of Godrej make, it shall be designed as per design of consultant appointed before execution of work. 15) Item No T-1 Storage Unit Please give detail drawing & specification for tender working. Clarification is as above. Note :-The above clarification given in connection with quarries raised by various perspective bidders supersedes all previous provisions as per NIT. The above reply to queries by MIDC shall form part and parcel of the tender documents and shall be enclosed in envelope No.1 duly signed by contractor.
