19 New Elementary at Georgetown Road Work Completed to Date: Site contractor continues to work on site subgrading. Contractor has completed concrete footings and foundation walls. Below slab interior sanitary piping completed. CMU in Area C is around 80% complete. CMU in Areas A & B is approximately 60%. CMU in Area D is approximately 10% complete. Electrical rough-in is on-going. Current Work Effort (September): Site contractor to continue grading parking lot for base and binder installation. Concrete floor slab installation will continue at the stage and mezzanines. Mezzanine decking and structural steel will continue. Joist installation in Area B will complete. Foam cavity insulation to begin in Area A, B & C. CMU installation will continue.

24 New High at Winchester Road Work Completed to Date: Access road work and parking lot blasting completed and building pad work will continue. Foundations in Areas B, C, E-3, E-4 will be completed and interior foundations will begin. ICF walls will continue in all areas with foundations installed. Under-slab electrical and plumbing complete in Area C; concrete slab poured. Current Work Effort (September): Foundations to be completed in Area E-2 and to begin in Area A. Area C ICF walls will have concrete to bearing height, steel joists beginning to be set, and CMU walls continuing. Area E-3 & E-4 slabs will be completed and under slab rough-ins will continue. Geothermal drilling will continue.
