Estimate of Construction of RPI office and MT building for S. P. Headquarter, Hingoli, District Hingoli:- Those who want to refer Estimate of this work prepared by Architect are available to bidders on website (RTI Document) under the banner of Estimate of Construction of RPI office and MT building for S. P. Headquarter, Hingoli, District Hingoli for reference. Estimated cost of the work is Rs.4,09,18,409/-. Estimate provided to bidders is for reference only. Bidder shall prepared his own estimate on the basis of drawings, tender documents, lead of material and schedule of rates (DSR) for quoting final offer. No claim will be entitled to bidder on the basis of estimate. The estimate shall not be considered as part of contract. 2. The revised estimated cost is Rs.4,09,18,409/-. Hence, the revised Earnest Money deposit is Rs.2,14,592/- and the revised cost of blank tender form is Rs.10,000/- which is included in the EMD amount. Cost of similar work shall be Rs.1,22,75,523/- and Average Annual Turnover shall be Rs lakhs. 3. It is electronics documents and legally binding on both the parties. 4. The offer of contractor shall be inclusive of Labour Cess at 1% of tender cost.

Total Notes:- 1) 7 years external paint guarantee bond shall be submitted by contractor from manufacturing company. 2) 10 years guarantee bond for sanitary fittings shall be submitted by contractor from manufacturing company. 3) The bill shall be submitted by the contractor to the PMC. 4) The percentage of payment schedule shall be submitted along with basic calculations and all related documents. i.e. test certificates, material purchase receipts etc. duly certified by PMC and endorsed by contractor. Over payment or misleading calculations will attract heavy penalty to PMC / Contractor as decided by client. 5) PMC shall inform to contractor and PHC the reason for reduction of percentage of work completed and demanded by contractor. 6) PMC shall mention date of recording of work.

9 7) Payment shall be recommended by PMC for completed item and not against material brought on site of work. 8) Payment should not be recommended against substandard quality of work, workmanship of work and non tested material. Note: - It is computer generated letter, approved in PHC. Signature is not necessary.
