2 Option 1 - Remote Telephone / Video Site Survey GIS Site Survey Options Client to supply photos, room dimensions & furniture locations for proposed conference room. Client to indicate locations of existing power, telephone & data outlets. Customer to advise about existing Internet connectivity (bandwidth, dedicated or shared, firewall, MPLS etc.). If audioconferencing capability is desired specify existing telephone system (i.e. analog or type of VOIP PBX and call manager). Client to indicate expected use of room, i.e. training, presentations, videoconferences, etc. Based upon review of the provided information GIS will review and provide general budget estimates for customer feasibility evaluation. Small Conference Room - $295 Integrated Executive Boardroom - $595 Option 2 - Onsite Site Survey GIS will meet with client at their location to review the expected use of room, i.e. for training, presentation, video conferencing space, and perform an onsite survey of the proposed project. GIS will take photos and document room dimensions & furniture locations for proposed conference room. GIS will note locations and type of existing power, telephone & data outlets as well as network and telephone infrastructure. Based upon our findings we will then generate conceptual drawing(s) and budget estimates Small Conference Room - $895 Integrated Executive Boardroom - $1,295 Travel Expenses will be added to above fees - only actual cost incurred will be charged. Receipts will be provided where available. Cost includes applicable airfare, lodging, transportation, parking fees, etc. Per Diem items will be charged according to Federal GSA Schedule. After completion of the off-site or on-site site survey we offer the option to create a document that describes the room AV capabilities following the suggest upgrade, along with a breakdown of the budget by AV capability or features

3 OPTION 3A Creation of Program Report with Budget Estimates based on GIS Implementation GIS Site Survey Options GIS will create a 3-5 page text document with illustrations defining customer s needs and system capabilities. Program report will define all system sources and displays, video and audioconferencing capabilities, control device options (touchpanels, hand held remotes, etc.). Illustrations will schematically indicate all major installed audio visual components, furniture and base building equipment, proposed acoustical and lighting recommendations and sightlines for video presentations and videoconferencing on the room floor plan. Budget estimates, based on GIS on-site installation & implementation, will indicate major audio visual system components, lumped misc. costs, integration costs including control system programming (if required), and optional components. Program Report to be reviewed by the client, GIS will revise up to two times to meet client s approval. Small Conference Room - $1,995 Integrated Executive Boardroom - $2,995 Option 3B Detailed System Design / Construction Ready Documents / Detailed Equipment List with Bill of Materials As an option, where travel and local coordination by GIS are not within the client s budget, or where local AV installation is preferred or indicated - GIS can provide construction documents suitable for use by an audio visual system integrator near the client s site to install and test the audio visual system. GIS will provide telephone & video help-desk and remote commissioning on the system, and assist the integrator with questions, installation issues and coordination. GIS will work with your chosen integrator and the client for training and customer support during the implementation phase. These documents can serve to obtain and compare multi-vendor quotations, allow the customer to have detailed construction ready drawings. AV Systems Designer has 30+ years of experience providing AV system design, integration and consulting including the creation of bid specifications and project management. We carry many certifications including from CRESTRON, Extron, Avaya, Polycom, ClearOne and other manufacturers. Small Conference Room - $3,995 Integrated Executive Boardroom - $6,995

4 Sample Program Report 1 - ABC Manufacturing Company (PDF) Sample Program Report 2 - IT Corporation (PDF) Sample Program Report 3 - Government Department (PDF) AV SYSTEM DESIGN DRAWINGS Upon approval of your project we start providing construction ready drawings. A typical set will include these drawings: AV-00 Title Sheet, includes symbols, list of sheets titles, project team contact information, Overall building floor plate, other high-level information. AV-01 Pictorial plan indicating locations of all significant AV system devices such as microphones, loudspeakers, portable or wall-mounted control panels, AV system equipment cabinets, basebuilding furniture and fixtures, lighting upgrades / recommendations, acoustical treatments, window treatments, upgrades / recommendations, specialized finishes, all to orient the client to the how the AV systems are integrated into the room. AV-02 Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP) indicating additional details for specific ceiling mounted devices such as lighting, loudspeakers, microphones, recessed projection screens, HVAC units. This plan also verifies that there are no conflicts between devices and they indicate coverage areas of microphones and loudspeakers. AV-03 Sections and elevations, indication of equipment locations, details and for coordination with other trades. AV-04 Sections and elevations, additional details for the owner to have a close visual approximation of how the finished space will look like. AV-05 Wall blocking for any wall mounted devices such as flat-panel display, wall-mounted equipment cabinet(s) or wall-mounted cameras. AV-06 Floor raceway, cable fills, symbols and other details AV-06 Wall raceway, cable fills, symbols and other details AV-07 Ceiling raceway, cable fills, symbols and other details AV-08 Details for acoustical treatments such as wall panels, specialized door hardware, recommendations for HVAC modifications.
