1 Range of Products FRP Applications of Products

2 Pultruded Profiles

3 Pultrusion Process Arvind Composites is one of the largest Pultrusion manufacturer in India. We offer superior Pultrusion solutions for cooling towers, Decking systems, cladding, Louvers, Cable management systems, stairways and Handrails. Pultrusion is a process that enables continuous production of composite profiles with constant cross sections and material properties tailored to specific purposes. Typical Properties of FRP Glass fibre (also called fibreglass and glassfiber) is the most widely used reinforcement material in Pultrusion industry. Typical properties of Fibreglass (GRP) profiles and tubes are Light weight (75 % lighter than steel, and 30 % lighter than aluminium) Very good specific strength Very good specific stiffness Low coefficient of thermal expansion Thermal insulation Non-magnetic Good chemical resistance Low maintenance Weather proof Low water absorption (high fibre content) Cost effective

6 FRP Gratings Click FRP Moulded to edit Gratings Master title style Meniscus Top Anti Skid Top Chequered Plate Top Maximum Panel Size 1220 mm *3660 mm Mesh 38 mm x 38 mm & 38 mm height Manufacturing Process: Moulded gratings are manufactured by interweaving continuous thoroughly wetted fiber glass with thermo-setting resin system. Liquid resin and glass rovings are poured in standard mould manually. Moulded gratings are taken out of mould after curing. Desired geometrical shapes are formed and cured as they are pulled through heated die. These shapes are pulled out mechanically on continues basis and are cut in desired length. These Section bars are assembled with cross bars to achieve desired spacing. *Please refer the Load Deflection Table separately 13
