This NTT shall be read in conjunction with Tender No. FNU030/17 Proposed New Changing Room and Waoom Facility at Nasinu Campus All bidders are requested to Note the following during the bid submission. 1. Size of Septic Tank 5,600 liters as per H1.3 attached 2. Size of all external block wall mm concrete block wall as per A1.1 & A1.2 attached 3. All doors are timber. The contractor is to work with the window and door specification identified in the table, the note provide in A4.1 are general notes and may or may not be used in this project. 4. As per the drawings the lock type is specified for the Toilet and Shower doors are indicator bolts. 5. Contractor is to remove from scope and drawings all Hot water items & Hand drier and only allow for supply of cold water. 6. Contractor is to allow for only PVC piping works for supply of water and waste water removal. 7. Contractor is allow for railing as per detail provide in page A5.3 attached 8. Contractor to allow for obtaining NFA, OHS and completion certificate from Local authority. 9. Contractor is to allow for all water connections and Electricity connections from existing sources. 10. Contractor is to allow for Selected 600 x 600 ceramic wall tilesmm high on concrete block wall with 2tile trims 300 high from both sides as per A3.1& A3.2.
