2 intro A MESSAGE FROM REAL BRICK CLADDING Brick cladding systems are a modern method of construction for facade cladding. There are a variety of systems on the market with two main concepts: brick panels and systems where a combination of tracking sheets and loose brick slips is used. We believe in the former: readymade panels, manufactured in factory conditions ensuring professional brick slip installation non-dependent on weather or varying labour skills. Our panels are all factory made, assembled in compliance with strict quality standards, both industry and self-imposed. All panels are quality checked before they leave factory doors. If you are looking for a combination of quality, speed of installation as well as cost-efficiency, our products will fit the bill 100%. Moreover, we only use real clay brick slips from reputable manufacturers.

3 BRICKS, SLIPS, PANELS There are a variety of brick slips on the market. First of all, we only use natural, clay brick slips. Our focus is on quality - the bricks must be a pleasure not only to look at, but also to touch. Moreover, we only supply poiting mortars with addition of trass, which is like lime mortar for bricks. Our range of brick slips starts with extruded brick slips which are manufactured from strips of clay on their own extrusion line. These are purpose made slips which means they are not cut from existing bricks. We have a vast selection of these including clinker and long format brick slips, some almost half a metre long. Another range consists of hand-made brick slips which are cut from existing hand-made bricks. Each brick slip is unique with creases, rounded or broken edges of their own. In these range we also have a sub-range of reclaimed style hand-made brick slips which are of rugged, beaten surface. Genuine, reclaimed brick slips from XIX century buildings compliment our offer. They are cut from reclaimed bricks and are one of a kind slips - some even have old inscriptions on them. In addition to the above main ranges which use brick slips, we also supply brick panels with natural sandstone finish. Sandstone slips feature smooth, polished surface and are a perfect match for a grand facade. Once installed, these panels give full depth sandstone ashlar look and feel.

4 our systems In response to demands of modern construction industry we have developed three brick panel systems which will cater for almost every requirement. From small domestic jobs, to large areas of rainscreen cladding on commercial projects, we can supply a product to suit. External brick panel system is designed for rain screen cladding not only on commercial projects, but also for small housing developments, selfbuild as well as for renovation projects. Internal brick panel system will be suitable for all internal applications in hotels, bars, restaurants as well as in domestic properties as feature walls. Rapid Brick designed with DIY-er in mind. They are easier to install than tiling a wall, and do not require a professional tiler to fit them.

5 External Brick Panel System It was designed primarly for external applications on new build and renovation projects alike. Brick slips are factory bonded with BBA approved structural epoxy adhesive to a rigid 60-min fire-resistant and frost-resistant external sheathing board. As a non-insulated brick panel system, it is for installations where additional insulation is not required. Internal Brick Panel System Designed for internal applications only, this brick panel system incorporates brick slips factory bonded to 60-min fire resistant building board. Installation is possible on timber or steel studs or by bonding directly onto existing wall using adhesive. Slim profile from only 18 mm in total for a panel reduces greatly the loss of valuable interior space. Rapid Brick Versatile and easy to install, our Rapid Brick panels are for professional and DIY use alike. Brick slips are factory bonded to a very thin building board in a toothed shape for easy jointing. A standard range of brick types and colours is available ex-stock and supplied boxed, whereas all brick slips can be supplied on sheets on special order. Brick Tracking System Simple and inexpensive, this tracking system can be supplied with all our brick slips. Spacer bars are re-usable so a small supply can be used to finish a large project. Expensive and tricky to install tracking sheets are no longer required in situations where brick tracking system can be used. Not covered by this catalogue - please ask for details.

6 benefits All our systems have been designed in accordance with demands of modern construction industry. We focused mainly on achieveing the fine balance between quality and cost-effectiveness of the end product. They are indistinguishable from traditional brickwork once installed and bricklaying skills are not required to achieve the desired traditional brickwork finish. Large areas of brickwork are supplied to site pre-fabricated in factory conditions making the installation less labour intensive and weather dependant. Both our external and internal systems do not require additional backing boards, unlike some other systems, which saves substantial costs which in turn makes our panels the most cost effective on the market.

10 external BPS External brick panel system is our main proposition for all external applications for all type of projects where robust construction and aesthetically pleasing design is required. System and all its components are suited for exteriors, weather, water and mould resistant as well as fully frost resistant and non-combustible. This external solution can be fitted with minimal disruption on site. No expensive scaffolding is required and panels can be fitted using common plant such as cherry picker or a scissor lift.

16 rapid brick Rapid Brick is an ideal solution for a DIY-er as well as semi-skilled operatives. Installation is quick and simple and specialist bricklaying or tiling skills are not essential. There is a standard range of Rapid Brick panels which comes in boxed, retail ready condition. Boxes contain standard panels as well as corner panels for installation on external corners or window and door reveals. Rapid Brick panels which are not ready boxed can be supplied on special order subject to minimum order quantity.

18 finishes Brick still remains the most popular choice for external cladding and the selection usually comes down to brick type, texture and colour. The finishes we offer vary vastly and the main division is between handmade brick slips, extruded and clinker slips, glazed slips etc. We also supply panels with natural sandstone slips. Our brick slips also come in a variety of sizes from small 240 x 52 mm format to brick slips as long as 490 x 40 mm. Wall finish will also depend on the colour and type of pointing mortar used, and we can supply pointing mortar in 10 different colours.

19 HAND-MADE, EXTRUDED, STONE We supply brick panels with a vast range of finishes and colours to choose from. From budget slips to high-end special brick slips, we believe we have a brick slip finish for everyone. We only supply brick slips from reputable manufacturers. Our brick slip finishes have been divided into four price categories. Our Budget range caters for projects which are on the budget and comprises of mostly inexpensive clinker brick slips in a limited range of colours. Then we have our Standard range which consits of majority of our brick slips, mostly machine cut units. Wide range of colours and finishes is available, from slick, modern designs to bricks styled for old or used brick. Further up the line, we have our Premium range which consists of mostly hand-made, clay brick slips which are cut from full hand-made bricks. Our reclaimed range also falls into this category as well as sandstone finishes. Long brick slips, some of them as long as 490mm, and glazed brick slips, as well as other special designs can be found in the Specials range. Installation of our panels with these finishes gives an instant design statement and makes the project stand out. We are also able to supply panels constructed using bricks collected from site or client supplied brick slips or full bricks. This method is hardly required as in most cases we can find a match or a very similar brick finish in our ranges.
