The Adaptive System (ADS) is cmprised f three (3) U-shaped frames that vary in depth and structural perfrmance. 10 SUB-CONSTRUCTION SUB-CONSTRUCTION I-FRAME TM The sub-cnstructin f the NeaCera rainscreen system has been intelligently designed with ease f installatin in mind and the flexibility t accmmdate any external insulatin size. Unlike ther systems that require a litany f cumbersme parts, ur engineers have develped a single structural cmpnent knwn as the I-Frame. The I-Frame is a lightweight, yet durable, 6061-T6 aluminum extrusin with superir crrsin resistant prperties. It is manufactured in 12 ft sectins, weighing apprximately 6 lbs each, and can be easily trimmed in the field t adapt t any building dimensin. Mrever, its enhanced I- Shaped design gives tl access t bth the frnt flange and the rear flange fr an effrtless installatin prcess..08 Each I-Frame is nminally spaced 27 inches apart and attached directly t the vertical studs f the building. 11 Lift & Lck INSTALLATION NeaCera is simple and easy t install. With ur patented Lift & Lck System, NeaCera panels are literally Out f the bx and Ont the wall. Virtually all ther terra-ctta based wall systems require multiple clips and supprting cmpnents thrughut the installatin prcess. The engineers at Avenere Cladding LLC have integrated the panel supprt mechanism directly int the back f the panel itself. As a result, installing NeaCera panels is as easy as Lifting and Lcking them int place.
