All connections can be delivered with the final fix pipework installation. SERVICE BRIDGES Service bridges are supplied with electrical trunking in anodised aluminium. STEEL COMPONENTS All steel components are manufactured in steel grade 037 DIN 2395A and powder coated with coating thickness of at least 80 μ. This surface is resistant to the different chemicals that are most commonly used in laboratories. The steel for tables and storage unit plinths is made of 35 x 35 mm steel tube. Each steel supporting leg is fitted with adjustable levelling feet with steel thread. Reagent shelves are made of 25 x 25 mm steel tube. CARCASE The carcase is made in 19 mm white 100 gramme melamine-coated chipboard and 6 mm back panel. Carcase parts are fitted with rounded PP edging. All front edges of the cabinets have a dust seal to prevent dust from penetrating into the cabinet. The cabinets are assembled with glue and dowels. Standard poison and chemical cabinets are supplied with an extract spigot and with the bottom drawn for air intake. Underbench cabinets for fume cupboards are supplied with an extract spigot in the back and with the bottom drawn for air intake. DOORS Carcases can be supplied with different door types. A specific handle and hinge in high quality has been designed for each door. All door types are available with glass windows. Certain cabinet models are also available with roller shutters. The most sold door concept is Omega. The door model is characterised by angular corners and a 160 mm horizontal handle in zamak with a matt chrome finish. The door is pre-lipped with 3 mm PP or ABS plastic edging and coated with laminate on both sides. Hinges are self-closing, visible from the outside and have an opening angle of 270 degrees. All door types have a field on the handle which can identify the cabinet s content or placement using a code or a name. BENCHTOPS Depending on the laboratory and working environment where the worktops will be situated and the quality required, Labflex can offer worktops in different materials. Worktops are available in laminate, polypropylene, epoxy, stainless steel, compact laminate and ceramic material. The worktops have different qualities and chemical resistance. The worktops comply with DS/EN SHELVES Shelves are supplied in 19 mm 100 gramme melamine. The shelves have a big load-carrying capacity and can have additional support, where necessary. The shelves are mobile and have a surface quality which meets the requirements of DIN DRAWERS Drawers are detachable and tolerate high loads (35 kg per drawer).
