4 DESIGN The interior and exterior finishes while can be designed to match the varied requirements of customers, the product comes with deluxe quality much intended to give a permanent settled look. The building s sturdy construction lends itself well to a variety of design applications, from single to 2-storey structures. The interior wall is finished with gypsum board panel and the exterior walls are cladded with concrete board with primer and two (2) coats of textured paint, as per the client s choice of colours.
