1 Schedule A: Scpe f Wrks Warehuse Cnstructin 1- PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Tasiast mine is cnstructing a new supply chain warehuse. Tasiast Supply Chain Department has cntracted an Engineering cmpany that has designed the technical Drawings and bill f materials fr the Warehuse Cnstructin. This Engineering cmpany is in charge als fr Prject Management f these cnstructin wrks. TMLSA requires services t cnstruct a new warehuse as per attached technical drawings, scpe f wrk and bill f materials. 5 1- DETAILED DESCRIPTION Standards The design, material, engineering, fabricatin, manufacturing, inspectin, testing, certificatin, stamping, cleaning, and supervisin f the cmpnents t be supplied under this specificatin shall be in accrdance with internatinally recgnised standards, and with thse in the specific requirements included in these tender dcuments. In additin, the Cntractr shall cnfrm t all applicable requirements f thse regulatry bdies, agencies and authrities within whse jurisdictin the prject falls. The Cntractr shall detail all apprpriate standards used in his engineering, design and executin plans. The Cntractr shall als stipulate what safety design margins he is adpting fr each system. Materials The Cntractr is respnsible fr the prper selectin f the material and has t cnsider all bundary cnditins, especially lifetime. Erectin The cntractr shall submit erectin and installatin prcedures as well as health and safety instructins. The erectin shall be carried ut under the full respnsibility f the Cntractr. All special tls required fr erectin and/r ther wrks shall be included in the scpe f supply. 2- SCOPE OF WORKS AND SUPPLY The perfrmances and services f the Cntractr cnsist in minimum f the fllwing majr activities, but it is inclusive, but nt limited t: Earthwrks Installatins Erectin Cmmissining Supervisin / manpwer HSE Testing Quality assurance CE declaratin f cnfrmity Entire Prduct Dcumentatin (civil basic engineering, apprval dcumentatin, QA dcumentatin, Ntwithstanding anything specified herein, the Cntractr shall be respnsible fr the cmpleteness f the systems t guarantee the safe and reliable functin f piping systems, peratin and maintenance f the equipment, accrding t the technical standards and requirements. 7 4- TIME SCHEDULE The intended deadline fr this prject is July 7 th, 2017 and penalties might eventually be included in the cntract regarding this date. All equipment used n the prject shall be adequately maintained and shall be the prper equipment fr the Wrk being accmplished s as t prduce the result required by the Cntract Dcuments. A.2. Prir t mbilizatin f equipment, the cntractr will be expected t prvide cmplete specificatin f the equipment and age f equipment and materials and gds as well. TML may require access t equipment prir t mbilizatin in rder t inspect equipment situatin.
