(2) If the work will not be completed due to cause of agency within time limit then penalty up

3 to Rs.135 per day shall be levied. (3) The registrar of GTU does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender or to give any reasons for the decision. He is having the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without giving reasons. (4) The quantity mentioned in Schedule-B are for the estimation purpose. Payment shall be paid as per the actual execution of quantity of the relevant item. (5) The notice of tender and terms and conditions shall form the part of the contract of document (6) The contractor/agency will have to enter into agreement on stamp paper whose offer is accepted (7) 1% of bill amount will be recover for labour cess over and above TDS. (8) Rates to be quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST etc. (9) Warranty/defect liability period: Six Months from date of completion (10) Oil test certificate would have to be issued free of charge (11) Offer will remain valid for sixty days. Non SOR items shall be paid as per prevailing market rate Note-5- The contractor is totally responsible to bare all applicable taxes i.e. G.S.T. etc. & GTU will not entertain any contractor representation to reimburse any financial burden due to applicable taxes, i.e. G.S.T. etc. Note-6- The quantities mentioned in Schedule-B are for the estimation purpose.
