1 Smart way of plastering Discover advantages of Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE Application Plaster. Machine application

2 Work goes easier and faster than ever! Advantages of Silicate-silicone plaster, stone like structure, grain 1,0 mm guarantees a smart way of plastering. The product allows you to finish work with less effort, in shorter time and the final effect is always perfect. All you need is Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE and a spraying machine! With Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE you do not need to create the structure manually. It means that you can benefit from less application steps and make your work easier. Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE allows you to speed up application significantly. With the machine you can plaster m2 per day with 1 applicator and 2 helpers instead of m2 with 2 applicators and 2 persons for structuring. With Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE you can forget about problems of manual technique e.g. visible levels of the scaffolding and direction of structuring. You can easily achieve homogenous structure without woodworm effects and make corrections if needed. Due to low product consumption (approx. 1,5 kg/m2), one container of Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE can cover around 17 m2 of the wall. To compare, regular wet plaster consumption is 2,5-3,0 kg/m2 The fast, easy and efficient working with Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE, allows to save on labour costs. Additionally, with low and precise consumption of the product you save money. Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE can be easily applied in any temperature (from +5 to +30 C). As there is no need of structuring the surface, you do not have to speed up your work due to faster drying of the plaster in high temperature. Due to mechanical application, which is fast and convenient, Ceresit CT 174 MACHINE is highly recommended to finish large objects.

3 Ceresit CT CT 174 machine MACHINE application Application plaster Plaster Machine application requirements Worm pump, nozzle size 6-10 mm, delivery rate c.a l/min., working pressure up to 40 bar: for dedicated ETICS applications and bigger objects we recommend SPG Baumaschinen PG 20 Plaster spraying machine or Wagner PC 830 Compact plaster aggregate 3 MACHINE PREPARATION. If using a plaster spraying machine SPG PG 20 or similar device, assemble all the parts following manufacturers recommendations. 4 MACHINE FILLING. First, pour some of the priming paint into the hopper and pump it out. This will later provide an easy flow of the plaster. Next, stir CT 174 MACHINE plaster and pour it into the machine. for smaller objects (walls up to 100 m 2 ) we advice to use 100 l air compressor with plaster spray gun Application steps of 5 PLASTERING TRIAL. Spray a spare board (e.g. gypsum cardboard) to check the air pressure, the size of the nozzle and spraying fluency. 6 PLASTER APPLICATION. Place the nozzle vertically approx cm from the wall and spray the surface with smooth, round moves PROTECTION OF DOORS AND WINDOWS. Doors, windows and a plinth area should be covered and sealed with the plastic foil. Tape position along the plinth will determine the edge line of the plaster, so perform taping in a straight line. PRIMING. Prime the substrate with the suitable agent we recommend to use priming paint CT 16 in colour similar to the colour of the plaster. Plaster can be sprayed when the primer becomes completely dry. CLEANING. Immediately after spraying, disassemble all the parts and wash them thoroughly. Clean the hopper, the hose and the nozzle with water. DRYING. To conduct further works, wait until surface is completely dry. Faster or slower drying of the plaster may occur in different conditions.
