2 Welcome OUR MISSION GRO Horticultural Enterprises, Inc. is committed to excellence in all phases of our operation: nursery production, tree planting, tree transplanting and tree care. Further, we will make recommendations to our clients based upon our experience and our best horticultural judgments. At GRO Horticultural Enterprises, Inc. mechanical tree planting and transplanting is the foundation of our business. GRO operates a fleet of five truck-mounted tree spades (four 90 spades and one 100 spade) as well as five tractor-mounted spades (40, 50 and 60 ). In addition, we have the expertise and the equipment to transplant trees that are too large for tree spade transplanting, and we invite you to visit our website at grohort.com to see photographs and videos of some of our transplanting projects. In 1989, in order to meet our internal tree needs, we planted the first of our nursery acreage. Since then, the nursery has grown to its present 250 acres. 3 Terms and Conditions Prices contained herein are effective as of January 1, 2019, and this publication cancels all previous lists. All prices are FOB at Marengo Road, Union, Illinois, and are subject to change without notice. Terms are cash, unless credit has been established. To those with established accounts, payment is due in full within 30 days of invoice date. Past due accounts will be assessed finance charges of 1.5% per month. Invoices may also be paid by credit card, but a 3% processing surcharge will be added to the invoice. All claims must be made in writing within ten days of receipt of shipment. Orders must be picked up within 10 working days of notification that the order is ready, unless other arrangements have been made. GRO reserves the right to charge maintenance fees on orders that are not picked up within the 10 day notification period. Nursery stock is warranted, to the extent of the purchase price, to be true to name. Balled and burlapped nursery stock carries no further warranty, either expressed or implied. Delivery of nursery stock can be arranged, at the rate of $90 per hour. Time is charged portal to portal.
