2 Dear Sir, Rocapiel, s.l., is a major exporter of hides from Eastern Europe. Our central office in located in Alicante, Spain. We have office and warehouses in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine, Out of Russia we ship wet salted. In Ukraine we control two tanneries and currently produce between 700,00 to 800,00 square feet per month plus 4,000 butts and fronts. We have capacity in Ukraine to double our production. At our central warehouse in Alicante, we normally carry inventories in excess of 500,000 square feet. Our Ukrainian hides are recognized as being the best hides in Eastern Europe with the grain of the A/B grade being superior to that of United Kingdom (UK) domestic as it is much smaller and closer together. Our wet butts are favorably compared to those of the best French hides. Our company prides itself on superb overall service, guaranteed delivery times and very strict, standardized grading system. 4 QUALITY STANDARD WET SALTED GRADING A QUALITY: Grain side without brand markings, scratches, scars, diseases, dung markings or imperfections. Hides properly contoured and conserved. Mechanically flayed hides. No visible grubs. B QUALITY: Cuts, perforations, scrapes or scratches have a maximum length of 10 cm. Visible defects on the grain side such as brand markings, warts, scars, dung markings and skin deseases do not surpass an area of 20 cms. Hides not well contourned. Mechanically flayed or very good manually flayed hides. No visible grubs. C QUALITY: Cuts perforations, scrapes or scratches have a maximum length of 15 cms. Visible defects on grain side such as brand markings, warts, scars, dung markings and skin diseases do not surpass a cumulative area of 33 % of the hide. Hides can have imperfect contour. D/E QUALITY: A maximum of 10 holes, cuts, perforations, scratches, etc. throughout the hide. A minimum of 50 % of the surface of each hide is in a sound usable state. Hides can have imperfect contour. No hair slipping. -C-

5 QUALITY STANDARD WET SALTED GRADING WET BLUE HIDES >=12 KILOS EX WET SALTED Grade A/B Hides for the production of semi-aniline, nubuck leather. Hides with a maximum of 20 % of their surface with light defects. C 1 Hides for the production of a light nappa leather. Hides that can have up to 40 % of their surface with light defects. C 2 Hides for the production of a light printed or corrected leather. Hides that can have some significant defects (open scratches or Cuts, missing grain, open grubs, etc.) and up to 100 % of their surface with non significant defects. D 3 Hides for the production of a heavy printed or corrected leather.
