(g) Date extended until December 31, 1997 if Riverside Forest Products Limited: (i) develops and submits by December an integrated wood residue management plan acceptable to the regional manager which details the use of their Lumby burner by other forest products companies in the North Okanagan; (ii) installs pollution control equipment acceptable to the regional manager on boilers at their Kelowna facility in accordance with existing permit requirements, on boilers at their Armstrong facility by December and on veneer dryers at their Armstrong facility by December 31, 1999; (iii) develops and submits by December 31, 1996 an action plan acceptable to the regional manager to address immediate compliance issues at their Armstrong facility. (h) Firm plans for the phase out of the burner must be submitted in writing to the regional manager by March (i) Copies of purchase orders for wood residue handling equipment (hoggers and bins) must be submitted to the regional manager by September (j) A final phase-out plan for the burner, including a back-up option, must be submitted in writing to the regional manager by September 30, (k) Date extended to December 31, 1997 if a signed agreement and copies of incinerator equipment purchase orders are submitted to the regional manager by July 31, 1997.

Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd. electricity generating project at the Kamloops pulp mill is proceeding, and a copy of the hog fuel supply agreement with Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd., are both submitted to the regional manager by August 31, (o) Date extended until December 31, 1997 if copies of purchase orders for approved wood residue disposal equipment that meets regulation requirements are submitted to the regional manager by August 31, (p) A final phase out plan for the burner, including a back-up option, must be submitted in writing to the regional manager by September 30, 1997.
