All submissions and presentations must be in English Co-hosted IWATE UNIVERSITY, JAPAN 2. Statistics of Paper Submissions (Acceptance rate 100%) In 2 nd ISHPMNB 2017, the paper submissions of each topic has 17 papers and accepted papers is 17 papers, which it is 100% of acceptance rate as shown in Table 1. There are many researcher submitted their high quality research papers in this symposium. Table 2 show the statistics of paper submissions of each country. It is obvious that there are 2 countries. The regular parallel session of 2 sessions is arranged, 2 workshops and 1 technical visit. The workshop consists of: Application of High-voltage, Plasma to Agriculture and Aquaculture. (1 session) Application of Micro/Nano Bubble to Agriculture and Aquaculture. (1 session) iii

5 3. Keynote Speakers In 2 nd ISHPMNB 2017, the four of famous professors are invited to give a special talk in the symposium. They are Prof. Dr. Masayoshi Takahashi from National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) talk in the title of " Innovation of micro/nano bubble for social engagement environment and enterprise, Prof. Dr. Pan Li from College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University talk in the title of Applications of Microbubble Technology in the Field of Water Treatment, Prof. Dr. Eun Ha CHOI from Department of Electrical & Biological Physics/Plasma Bioscience Research Center (PBRC)/Applied Plasma Medicine Center (APMC), Kwangwoon University talk in the title of Development of plasma sources and applications, plant growth, microbial activation, agriculture and food treatment, and Prof. Dr. Koichi TAKAKI from Iwate University talk in the title of High-voltage and plasma applications in agriculture, fishery and food safety. Arrive at Royal King Project, Technical tour Apply micro/nano bubble technology for rainbow trout culturing and fish preservation in Doi Inthanon Royal Agricultural Station Inthanon located on National Park DoiInthanon in Ampher Jomthong, Chaiangmai Province. And average point above sea level is 1,200 meters. The agricultural research area in the station over 513 rai and there are 8 villages that the Station take responsible and these villages are hill tribe of Hmong and Karen. Topics 1.
