11 Tube Roller The most all- purpose roller of 500mm diameter. It acquits best on light and non-stony soils in dry conditions. It assures a stable operation of the unit on the defined working depth. By leaving the soil slack, there are created good conditions for sowing. The weight of the roller is 150kg at 3m of the width. Rubber roller This roller is built of rubber rings of 500mm diameter. The roller can work in the conditions of both wet and dry soils. Properties of rubber from which the rings and scrapers are made, allow to eliminate the clogging from the roller and thanks to the optimal diameter and relatively small rolling resistance, there does not occur the effect of pushing the soil even at a low operating speed. The weight of the roller is about 450kg at 3m of the width. Ring Roller It consists of resilient, made of hardened steel rings. The roller for hard soils cultivation strengthens the soil in strips and by breaking the lumps, it creates better conditions for the soil infiltration. Knife scrapers, which save the roller from blocking or being sealed with wet soil, crumble additionally the lumps of soil which get in spaces between the rings. The weight of the roller is 180kg at 3m of the width. Crosskill roller It works best at breaking the lumpish soil. It leaves a strip of soil with a loosen structure, so it also prevents the formation of the crust o its surface. The ring-shaped construction of the roller saves it from blocking itself. The weight of the roller is about 420kg at 3m of the width. Packer roller The full toothed roller of 500mm or 600mm diameter. It is perfect for wet or stony soils or these ones with a large amount of organic remains. The shaft s construction assure the smooth, average compaction of the upper layer of soil on the whole width of the cultivated strip. It is supported by the section of scrappers which clean the roller of the wet soil, it can be successfully used on average and heavy soils. Scrappers are made of quenched steel. The weight of the roller is about 250kg at 3m of the width. Angle bar roller The use of the roof-shaped roller is particularly recommended for soils with a tendency to lumpishness. The section of knife scrappers support the rings what gives the guaranty of the intensive breaking of soil lumps. The ring roller construction kneads the soil in strips and affects significantly the better soil infiltration. The weight of the roller is about 220kg at 3m of the width. String flat roller and toothed roller The construction of the roller is similar to the tubular one, it is based on the section of flats set crosswise with a flat or dentate edge. Rollers are relatively light and all-purpose. They are distinguished by good crumbling and smoothing the top soil.
