Has the Project Development Objective been changed since Board Approval of the Project Objective? No Components Table Name Enhancing Forest Fire Prevention, Management and Control:(Cost $62.04 M) Building Forestry and Protected Areas Management Capacity:(Cost $14.21 M) Project Management:(Cost $5.00 M) Overall Ratings Name Previous Rating Current Rating Progress towards achievement of PDO Moderately Unsatisfactory Moderately Unsatisfactory Overall Implementation Progress (IP) Moderately Unsatisfactory Moderately Unsatisfactory Overall Risk Rating High High Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project was restructured, at the request of the Ministry of Finance, on December 15, 2016 in order to speed up implementation and to help meet the project objectives. The restructured project puts a greater emphasis on supporting forest fire prevention, management and control in Protected Areas.
