14 FEN curriculum internship The internship as a basis for professional immersion in a lab, or in a private/public company, in France or abroad And a basis to write the MSc dissertation the dissertation is evaluated and defended publicly When in France, internships are funded >500 /month, enforced by the French law Origin of internships found by students, or proposed the institution (~50/50%), require a validation can take place in labs of Nancy campus (AgroParisTech, INRA, ONF, IGN )

39 Scholarships options and funding Registration in MSc program in France is cheap : ~300 /yr, including health insurance Rooms at the Student s house can be booked for ~150 /month Any internship performed in France is paid at a minimum level of 500 /month (law) This largely covers the different costs, but funding starts in February The ONF (Forest Service) chair offers scholarship possibilities (dedicated subjects)
