17 Independent Observers Interviews of some of our members Not really well known by the private sector Based in the country Good collaboration with the governments & public administration (but not enough) Have to be really independent from governments and NGOs Processes are different between IOs (calibration is needed)
18 A kind of competition between Governments and NGO approaches Good if there is an international organization that can be of help Some IOs are not sufficiently skilled Results are not clear Good to highlight what works well Different relationship with big (=legal) and small (=informal / illegal) players Independent Observers
19 Thank you!
