The seller guarantees access from Mounds Road (County Road 116). Access Road 1 Gate combination is Access Road 2 can be used for logging (logger must return road to as good or better condition, and reinstall water bars after logging). Sale Description: Acre clearcut of planted pine and natural upland pine/hardwood timber. Boundaries on or near property lines have recently been marked with two blue stripes. SMZ s have recently been marked with single blue stripe. There are some areas with old faded blue marked trees from a previous harvest. The newly painted sale boundaries are distinguishable from the old faded blue marked trees. Volume Estimates: Please see attached timber sale volume estimates. Its is encouraged to cruise the timber yourself according to specific size and quality specs for your markets. Included are our cruise summary reports and stand table reports. We estimate 6,723 merchantable tons. Our minimum top sizes used are 3 for pine pulpwood; 6 pine chip n saw and small poles; 9 pine sawtimber and large poles; 4 hardwood pulpwood; 10 hardwood sawtimber. Contract: We are offing a standard contract with a cutting period beginning on January 11, 2016 expiring on March 17, We are offering a 6 month wet weather clause.
