17 Lima REDD+ Information Hub In decision 9/CP.19 the COP decided to establish the Lima REDD+ Information Hub on the REDD+ Web Platform as a means to publish information on the results of REDD+ activities, and corresponding results-based payments. The Lima REDD+ Information Hub aims to increase transparency of information on REDD+ results-based actions.

18 Lima REDD+ Information Hub For each REDD+ result that has been reported in a technical annex on REDD+ results to the biennial update reports and has undergone a technical analysis, the Lima REDD+ Information hub contains one entry. In accordance with decision 9/CP.19, for each entry the following information is included: -Country name -Results for each relevant period expressed in tonnes CO2/year with a link to the technical report referred to in the decision on modalities for measuring, reporting and verifying -Assessed forest reference (emission) level expressed in tonnes CO2/year with a link to the final report of the technical assessment -Summary of information on how Cancun safeguards are being addressed and respected -Link to the national strategy or action plan -Information on the national forest monitoring system -Quantity of results for which payments were received expressed in tonnes CO2/year, and the entity paying for results
