THE ENTIRE LOT OF STORAGE TO BE SUPPLIED WITH IN FOUR WEEKS FAILING WHICH A PENALTY AT THE RATE OF 1% OF THE VALUE OF THE WORKS PER WEEK SUBJECTED TO MAX. 10% WILL BE IMPOSED. 4. THE RATES QUOTED SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF THE FOLLOWING: a. VAT, EXCISE DUTY, CESS ON EXCISE DUTY AND ALL APPLICABLE TAXES.OCTROI/ENTRY CHARGES, IF ANY. b. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES. c. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING CHARGES. 5. THE FIRMS SHOULD ALSO QUOTE RATES ON THEIR LETTERHEADS, DULY SIGNING THIS LETTER IN TOKEN OF ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 6. 5 FLOOR OF BANK PREMISES WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DAMAGE TO FURNITURE, CIVIL WORKS AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS OF BRANCH PREMISES. IF ANY DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY AGENCY WHILE PLACING LOCKERS, IT SHOULD BE REPAIRED BY AGENCY AT THEIR OWN COST FAILING WHICH COST OF DAMAGES WILL BE RECOVERED FROM THE BILLS PAYABLE TO AGENCY. 7. CONDITIONAL TENDERS WILL BE REJECTED. 8. LOCKER SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITH EMBOSSING(ENGRAVED) KEYS WITH ABBREVIATION OF BANK NAME-STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD AND FIVE DIGIT BRANCH CODE. 9. THE CONTRACTORS SHOULD QUOTE IN FIGURES AS WELL AS IN THE WORDS THE RATES, AND AMOUNT TENDERS BY THEM 10.
