1 Return of election expenses of an authorized political party Reference: Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities (sections 9 and 9.) PURPOSE The purpose of this directive is to prescribe the content of the form Return of election expenses of an authorized political party. CONTENT The return of election expenses of the official agent of an authorized political party must be filed using the prescribed form DGE-09, and its schedules DGE-09. and DGE 09.. In order for the election expenses return of an authorized political party to be admissible the sections Signature and declaration of the official agent and Signature and declaration of the leader must be signed. All the election expenses that I incurred or authorized and that have been brought to my attention are listed in the report of election expenses and were incurred in accordance with the requirements of the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities.
