1 7DAYS Magic MomentCompetition Terms& Conditions The following terms and conditions apply to the 7DAYS Magic Moment competition, including the voting mechanism by the Promoter. In this document the Promoter is EurohoopsLtd (Hereinafter EH). When the following Terms and Conditions make any reference to The Promoter, it is in reference to EH directly. The brand 7DAYS is being promoted by the Promoter, on the platform of Please see the end of this document for further contact details of the Promoter. You take the name of The Entrant in all points below. By taking part in the competition and voting process, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the competition or any part of the voting and sharing process. We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the competition and after you have voted or shared any of the Promoter s content. 1. General competition Terms and Conditions The following general terms and conditions apply to all competitions, voting and sharing procedures. No Purchase Necessary. A 7DAYS Magic Moment is a Stand out Play, selected live during the course of every ELB game. A list of Magic moment videos is selected monthly from regular season of Euroleague. Voting will be on the above pre-selected Magic moment videos. Options outside of this list will not be submitted. In order to play to the 7DAYS Magic Moment competition, the entrant must: a. Visit the site b. enter the MAGIC MOMENT section c. Watch the highlights of the magic moment videos d. Vote for the best Magic Moment! e. Register via personal address, name and surname and press submit. Entrants, who vote, get the chance to win amazing 7DAYS prizes following an electronic draw. Entrant should be aware that the stand out 7DAYS Magic Moment are broadcasted internationally and shared via several social media platforms all branded #7DAYSMagicMoment. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by European law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

2 2. Eligibility Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in the terms and conditions. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate.entrants must reside in countries that have at least one domestic team participating in Euroleague tournament. Employees of EH or any of their family members, including others connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. This also includes sub-contracted parties used for promotion of the brand 7DAYS in the arena or elsewhere. Any such entries are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify age, identity/eligibility of an entrant at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of the details provided. The Promoter may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from the winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize. Entrants acknowledge that by entering the promotion and by sharing to social media that they are posting onto a publicly available social media site and other users of that site will be able to see their post. 3. Entry Entrants are required to vote on their favourite 7DAYS Magic Moment register and submit their registration as to be entered into the competition. The opening and closing dates and times, as indicated, will be the only time the vote and share are eligible to be part of the competition. Any vote or share that is made after the times specified will not be entered into the competition. 4. The Prizes All entrants that vote and register, enter a draw to win the following prizes: - one winner each month for 6 months wins a unique 7DAYS Magic Moment personal locker filled with amazing gifts:7days EuroCup ball, Jersey signed by winner favorite player, an indoor mini basketball, 7DAYS MM t-shirt and many 7DAYS croissants Each entrant is limited to winning one prize. Prizes are non-transferrable. The prize is subject to availability. In the event that the winner s preferred prize is not available, an alternative signature or unsigned option may be offered at the Promoter s discretion. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. For the delivery of the prize, the winner may be required to be available at a specified time and place. Winning entrants will be notified within 7 days of the closing date via the provided upon registration. It is the entrant s responsibility to check all inboxes (including filtered junk inboxes) for the arrival of the . Prizes will be sent out within 60 days. Individuals need to accept personal liability for domestic country taxes. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

3 5. Winner Selection Winners will be selected after an electronic draw. 6. Winner Agreement Winners agree to all points made in the privacy statement (detailed in Section 10) Winners agree that they may be contacted by the information that they have supplied. If a winner has not made contact or responded before the following competition is active, the winner will forfeit their prize. The prize will then remain unclaimed and invalid. 7. Vote Terms and Conditions Entrants are in agreement that their vote shall only be counted as part of the competition, once a registration is submitted. 8. Manipulation of Services The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant into the competition if a social media account is found to be fake or inappropriate. The Promoter reserve the right to disqualify and/or discount entries, votes if they have reasonable grounds to suspect, at their sole discretion, having regard to all circumstances and information available at the time of any of the following: Votes are in breach of the competition rules Votes appear to be on behalf of another person, entity or corrupt account. 9. Liability In relation to the competition promoted by the Promoter, EH: Nothing in the terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in the terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoters liability for death or personal injury caused by staff or suppliers negligence or for fraud or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation. 10. Privacy The information provided (i.e. your name, surname and address) will be used by the Promoter in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy: (a) We inform those who participate in the 7DAYS Magic Moment contest that all their personal information submitted will be temporarily kept in electronic form (in safe means) by the Promoter only for the purposes of the competition and for a period of not more than three (3) months after its completion; (b) you understand and accept the collection of such data is required so as to carry out Promoter s obligations under those rules, i.e. identify and contact the winners as well as ensure avoidance of fake our double participations; (c) in any case you consent to the collection of such data; (d) all personal data will be destroyed after the completion of the completion and the award of all prizes to the winners, unless there are disputes as regards the winners in which case as per point (a) below the data will be kept for a maximum period up to six months after the awards are sent to the winners; by entering the

The data will not be transmitted to any third party. Only exemption data shared to third parties in order to contact and forward to the winners the above mentioned presents/ benefits of the competition. It is clarified that these third parties will process the data in full compliance with the provisions of GDPR and any applicable legislation.you are entitled to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your data or restriction of processing or to object to processing or to ask for the portability of your data. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint before the competent data protection authority. The data processing herewith is essential so as the Controller may offer to you the services provided herein. The Controller warrants that in the context of processing your data, no automated decision-making process will take place at all. 11. General Voting Dates (Opening and Closing) and the announcement of winners The voting of the 1 st contest will open on the 5 th of November at 12:00 CET and will close on the 11 th of November at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. The voting of the 2 nd contest will open on the 10 th of December at 12:00 CET and will close on the 16 th of December at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. The voting of the 3 rd contest will open on the 9 th of January at 12:00 CET and will close on the 15 th of January at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. The voting of the 4 th contest will open on the 11 th of February at 12:00 CET and will close on the 17 th of February at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. The voting of the 5 th contest will open on the 11 th of March at 12:00 CET and will close on the 17 th of March at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. The voting of the 6 th contest will open on the 8 th of April at 12:00 CET and will close on the 14 th of April at 00:00 CET. Any votes made after this time will not be counted. 12. Contact Details and Further Information You can exercise your right of access to modify, cancel and object to the information provided and/or cancel your consent to receive newsletters, commercial information and/or promotions by directly contacting info@eurohoops.net.
