AUTHORIZE A BUDGET DEVIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $655,982, IN ORDER TO UNDERTAKE THE PROJECTS RECOMMENDED IN THE HONEYWELL 90% ENGINEERING REPORT, AND; 2. PASS BY-LAW NO. 46:XX, TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT WITH HONEYWELL TO UNDERTAKE THE SCHEDULE OF PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE 90% ENGINEERING REPORT, AS PRESENTED IN REPORT 2017-COW-6.UB.1.
