SIXTH MEETING IN Deputy Mayor Gemmell chaired the meeting. The meeting was called to order at 5:45 PM with 6 Committee members in attendance. Lauren Walton as Recording Secretary. 2. Moved by Councillor Boldt to approve the last Minutes and Reports of the Committee of the Whole on April 4, ***Presentations were dealt with at this point in the Order of Business. 2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Honeywell 90% Engineering Report - John derosenroll - Report Attached (+Presentation, +Engineering Report) THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PERTH: 1. AUTHORIZE A BUDGET DEVIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $655,982, IN ORDER TO UNDERTAKE THE PROJECTS RECOMMENDED IN THE HONEYWELL 90% ENGINEERING REPORT, AND; 2. PASS BY-LAW NO. 46:XX, TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT WITH HONEYWELL TO UNDERTAKE THE SCHEDULE OF PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE 90% ENGINEERING REPORT, AS PRESENTED IN REPORT 2017-COW-6.UB.1. Report 2017-COW- 6.UB.1) Scott Mcleish, Senior Business Consultant, Honeywell Energy Services Group appeared before the Committee of the Whole and presented a PowerPoint presentation entitled "Comprehensive Municipal Solution (CMS) Energy Retrofit Project". 3. Sommer Casgrain-Robertson, General Manager, Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA) Update (+2016 Annual Report, +Municipal Information Sheet Perth 2017, +RVCA Strategic Plan 2020) Sommer Casgrain-Robertson, RVCA General Manager appeared before the Committee of the Whole and presented a PowerPoint presentation entitled "2017 RVCA Presentation-Perth Committee of the Whole - May 9, 2017". ***The Chair declared a five (5) minute recess at 6:43 PM. ***The Chair resumed the meeting at 6:50 PM. 6.
