The overall objective of this Adaptable Program Lending (APL) two-phased initiative is to assist the GoG to increase targeted infrastructure and other social service levels and quality by mobilizing private sector participation through a public-private partnership (PPP) model. Leveraging greater volumes of private sector investment in infrastructure provision is a critical Program end-objective.
