2 Following minimum documents should accompany along with the sealed offer for qualifying the eligibility criteria : (1) Basic information about the organizations, viz. contact person, name, designation, address, contact no. etc. (2) Proof of experience justifying the qualifying criteria (i.e. Completion Certificate) and complete credential document duly attested. (3) Copies of valid Trade Licence, P.F. Registration, Paid Challan of P. F. Deposit, ESI Registration, etc. (4) Audited Balance Sheets & Profit and Loss Account for last three years. (5) List of competent personnel employed with the organization. (6) Name of Licensed Electrician responsible for execution to be mentioned with License Number. (7) List of plants & equipments available for work. The competent authority does not bind himself / herself to accept the lowest or any other tender, and reserves to himself / herself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason. 7 Any condition stipulated in Part II will not be accepted. Conditional rebates, if any given in Part II, shall also be treated as unconditional and the tender will be liable to be rejected. 6. Part I will be opened on. at hrs. The tenderers may depute their authorized representative to be present at the time of opening Part II, which will be opened immediately thereafter after verification of submissions made in Part I, which might necessitate withdrawal of conditions and its financial impact on the tendered sum, if any. Part II of tenders will be treated as informal in case submissions in Part I are found to be not in order. Informal tenders will not be opened and returned subsequently to the tenderer by registered post. 7. When there is a difference between the rates in figure and in words, the rate which corresponds to the amount worked out by the Contractor, shall be taken as correct. When the amount of any item is not worked out by the Contractor or it does not correspond with the rate written either in figures or in words, then the rate quoted by the Contractors in words shall be taken as correct. 8. The Contractor, whose tender is accepted will be required to furnish by way of security deposit for the due fulfillment of his contract, such sum as detailed in Clause No. 06 of the General Conditions of Contract. 9. All tenders in which any of the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled or are incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected. The Employer reserves the right to accept the tender in full or in part and the tenderer shall have no claim for revision of rates or other conditions if his tender is accepted in parts. 10. Canvassing in connection with tenders is strictly prohibited and tenders submitted by the Contractors who resort to canvassing will be liable to rejection. 11. On acceptance of the tender, the name of the accredited representative(s) of the Contractor who would be responsible for taking instructions from the Employer / PMC shall be communicated to the Employer / PMC. 12. Sales Tax, Work Contract Tax or any other tax on materials or on finished work in respect of this contract whether in vogue or likely to be imposed in future shall be payable by the Contractor and the Employer will not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect at any time.
