1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HERING public hearing to receive input on the following planning applications will be held on: COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE (PUBLIC HERING) January 23, 2018 at 7:00 pm at VUGHN CITY HLL, COUNCIL CHMBER 2141 MJOR MCKENZIE DRIVE, VUGHN, ONTRIO, L6 1T1 PROPERTY: North side of Teston Road, west of Dufferin Street, known municipally as 1600 Teston Road, in Part Lot 26, Concession 2, City of Vaughan (s #1 and #2 Ward 1). PPLICTIONS: The following applications have been submitted to permit a proposed subdivision for detached residential dwellings as shown on #3: 1. Official Plan mendment File OP to amend Site-Specific Policy of the Vaughan Official Plan 2010 (VOP 2010), Volume 2 to redesignate the subject lands from Natural reas to Low-Rise Residential subject to the Low- Rise Residential policies of VOP 2010, as shown on #3. 2. Zoning By-law mendment File Z to amend Zoning By-law 1-88, specifically to rezone the subject lands from gricultural Zone as shown on #2, to RD2 Residential Detached Zone Two, Residential Detached Zone Three and OS2 Open Space Park Zone in the manner shown on #3. 3. Draft Plan of Subdivision File 19T-17V009 consisting of 96 lots for detached dwellings with frontages ranging from 12m to15m, an open space block, roads (Streets to F), a road widening (Teston Road) and reserves, as shown on #3.
