2 Today we boast of Being the first state in the country to initiate most of the key e-governance projects Completing over 50 Million Transactions in 42 months Over 4500 Public Delivery Channels Being one of the top IT performance State in the country Digital Tokens issued to entire department officers But the Rome was not built in a day 2

3 There was a time Not so long ago, when people had almost lost their faith in governance system because of the hardships they had to endure Expenses Multiple Visits Inconvenience The officials, esp. the dedicated and hardworking ones, found the responses demotivating even after putting the best efforts Demotivating Over Burdening They needed a change They deserved better 3

4 & it started resonating transformed began Want Need Cries Echoing Resonating exposed in the form of gradually egov Pillars DeitY initiatives were getting into a shape But were taking its own time NeGP MMPs Meanwhile, the resonance was growing The need to do something immediately The Change had to follow Round Table Conferences Phases Initiative was born Implemented on 04 November
