The proposal as outlined in the Notice of Public Hearing was mailed as required by Section 169(2)(3) of the Planning Act to applicant and to the surrounding property owners within 100 meters of the affected property by regular mail on June 7, 2017 and posted in the Administration office on June 5, 2017.
