CASA published the Discussion Document on the Regulations of nternet Protocol Television and Video on Demand (PTV and VOD) on the 16 February 2010 General Notice 536, Government Gazette Number The Authority invited interested parties, stakeholders, and the public to respond to the issues raised in the Discussion Document. The closing date for the receipt of written representations was 26 March 2010.The Authority received seventeen submissions. Thirteen of these have indicated their wish to make oral presentations.
