3 What is? The Central American Institute for Public Administration,, is an intergovernmental international organization, in the service of the Central American region. Created for the Central America integration system in 50s. Its primary purposes are: a) to develop human resources government sector in the region; in the b) to work with member governments in the study and implementation of reforms to modernize public administrations and, c) to support the process of Central American integration.

5 Where we are? 's members are: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic, as an observer member. The maintains a close link with all the Central American governments through the training, consultancy, research and informationdissemination on the development of human resources in public administration, government and Central American integration.
