3 BUITENGEWONE PROVINSIALE KOERANT, 13 DESEMBER GENERAL NOTICE ALGEMENE KENNISGEWING 5292 VAN 2006 PADVERKEERSWET, 1996 (WET NO. 93 VAN 1996) KENNISGEWING VAN REGISTRASIE VAN TOETSSTASIE (ARTIKEL39) EN MAGTIGING OM ONDERSOEKERS VAN VOERTUIE AAN TE STEL (ARTIKEL 3A(1)(f)) Ek, Daniel Genge, Bestuurder (Vervoer bestuurder ), ingevolge artikel91 van die Padverkeerswet, 1996 (Wet 93 van 1996), gemagtig,- (1) gee hiermee, ingevolge artikel39 van die Padverkeerswet, 1996, kennis van die registrasie van Vehicle Test City (Eiendoms) Beperk Va Test Best Rosslyn, met infrastruktuurnommer 49512DJR, as 'n B-Graad toetsstasie; en (2) bepaal hiermee kragtens artikei3a(1)(f) van die Padverkeerswet, 1989, dat Vehicle Test City (Eiendoms) Beperk Va Test Best Rosslyn toetsstasie, met infrastruktuurnommer 49512DJR 'n instansie is wat 'n persoon as 'n ondersoeker van voertule kan aanstel, op voorwaarde dat - (a} (b) so 'n persoon 'n diploma in die eksamen vir ondersoekers van voertuie by 'n sentrum wat deur die Minister van Vervoer goedgekeur is, verwerf het; en aanstelling geskied onderworpe aan die voorwaarde dat voertuie slegs by Vehicle Test City (Eiendoms) Beperk t/a Test Best Rosslyn Toetsstasle, ondersoek mag word. GENERAL NOTICE 5292 OF 2006 ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1996 (ACT NO. 93 OF 1996) NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF TESTING STATION (SECTION 39) AND AUTHORITY TO APPOINT EXAMINERS OF VEHICLES (SECTION 3A(1)(f)) I, Daniel Genge Director (Transportation Management) authorized under section 91 of the Road Traffic Act, 1996, (Act 93 of 1996)- (1) hereby give notice in terms of section 39 of the Road Traffic Act, 1996, of the registration of Vehicle Test City (Eiendoms) Beperk Va Test Best Rosslyn testing station, with infrastructure number 49512DJR, as a B-Grade testing station; and (2) hereby determine under section 3A(1)(f) of the Road Traffic Act, 1996, Vehicle Tset City (eiendoms) Beperk t/a Test Best Rosslyn Testing station, with infrastructure number49512djr to be an authority which may appoint a person as an examiner of vehicles, on condition that - (a) (b) such a person has obtained a diploma in the examination for examiners of vehicles at a centre approved by the Minister of Transport; and appointment takes place subject to the condition that vehicles may only be examined at Vehicle Test City (eiendoms) Beperk t/a Test Best Rosslyn Testing station
