3 THE SASKATCHEWAN THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, SEPTEMBER GAZETTE, 9, 2016 JANUARY 18, THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 REVISED REGULATIONS OF SASKATCHEWAN 739 CHAPTER E-13.1 REG 4 The Executive Government Administration Act Section 9 Order in Council 412/2016, dated August 31, 2016 (Filed August 31, 2016) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport Regulations, 2016 (No. 2). Ministry continued 2 The ministry of the Government of Saskatchewan called the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport is continued. Objects and purposes 3 The objects and purposes of the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport are to provide the structure wherein and whereby the powers, responsibilities and functions of the Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport may be exercised and carried out in relation to the following: (a) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to: (i) conserving, preserving, managing, protecting and developing Saskatchewan s heritage; and (ii) conserving, preserving, managing, protecting and developing areas of prehistoric, environmental, recreational or archaeological interest or significance; (b) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan that support a vibrant and sustainable arts community in Saskatchewan that is recognized and valued throughout Saskatchewan and at the national and international level; (c) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan that relate to the recognition and appreciation of the diverse cultures and backgrounds of Saskatchewan people and that preserve and enhance Saskatchewan s multicultural composition; (d) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to urban parks other than Wascana Centre; (e) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to the Royal Saskatchewan Museum;

R.R.S. c.e-13.1 Reg 2 repealed 4 The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport Regulations, 2016 are repealed. Coming into force 5 These regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations. CHAPTER E-13.1 REG 5 The Executive Government Administration Act Section 9 Order in Council 413/2016, dated August 31, 2016 (Filed August 31, 2016) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Ministry of Central Services Regulations, 2016 (No. 2). Ministry continued 2 The ministry of the Government of Saskatchewan called the Ministry of Central Services is continued. Objects and purposes 3(1) The objects and purposes of the Ministry of Central Services are the following: (a) to provide the structure wherein and whereby the powers, responsibilities and functions of the Minister of Central Services may be exercised and carried out; (b) to acquire, procure, dispose of, develop, provide, construct, alter, repair, maintain, manage, equip and operate property; (c) to acquire, hold or dispose of security interests in property; (d) to develop, service and improve lands; (e) to erect, construct, alter, equip or improve buildings, structures or other improvements; (f) to undertake integrated infrastructure planning for the Government of Saskatchewan; (g) to conduct and co-ordinate research, studies, investigations, examinations, analyses, surveys and programs;
5 THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, SEPTEMBER 9, (h) to acquire, provide, manage, operate and maintain services, accommodation and facilities; (i) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and manage policies of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to shared services; (j) to develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to: (i) information technology, information management and records management; (ii) telecommunications, broadband, broadcasting and cable services; and (iii) geomatics; (k) to develop, implement, monitor and enforce security policies and standards of the Government of Saskatchewan respecting information technology, information management and records management; (l) to develop, procure and provide goods and services related to information technology, information management and records management on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan and to charge ministries for those goods and services. (2) The objects and purposes of the Ministry of Central Services are to provide the structure wherein and whereby the powers, responsibilities and functions of the Minister Responsible for the Provincial Capital Commission may be exercised and carried out in relation to the following: (a) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to: (i) conserving, preserving, managing, protecting and developing Saskatchewan s capital city as a source of pride for the people of Saskatchewan; and (ii) informing and educating, and collecting and disseminating information, with respect to the importance of Saskatchewan s capital city and its place in the life and history of Saskatchewan and of Canada; (b) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programs of the Government of Saskatchewan relating to: (i) the promotion of the Legislative Building and the land on which it is situated; (ii) international, national, provincial and regional special events and anniversaries to be commemorated within Saskatchewan s capital city; and (iii) the Saskatchewan Centre of the Arts and Wascana Centre Authority;

R.R.S. c.g-5.1 Reg 154 repealed 4 The Ministry of Central Services Regulations, 2016 are repealed. Coming into force 5 These regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations. SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 76/2016 The Securities Act, 1988 Section 154 Commission Order, dated August 23, 2016 and Minister s Order, dated August 30, 2016 (Filed August 31, 2016) Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments, Prospectus Rights Offering) Amendment Regulations, R.R.S. c.s-42.2 Reg 3 amended 2 The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) Regulations are amended in the manner set forth in these regulations. Part IV amended 3(1) Part IV of the Appendix is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Appendix A is amended after the heading II Other Issuers (Reporting/Non-reporting) in paragraph A(a): (a) (b) by repealing items 17 and 18; and by adding the following items before paragraph (b): 19. Rights Offering - Circular 20. Rights Offering - Minimal Connection. Part LIV amended 4(1) Part LIV of the Appendix is amended in the manner set forth in this section.
