TECME, starting from this and taking advantage of a competent technical staff with more than 20 years' experience, produces and operates under ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. The Company's primary objective is to ensure the highest level of pre and post sale support with the purpose of optimizing the use of the products supplied as well as to ensure the maintenance, the spare parts and the repair of these products.

3 Chlorine dioxide Generators Chlorine Dioxide Chlorine dioxide is a widely known product and it has been using successfully as a water disinfectant for many years. Thanks to its high biocidal action accompanied by a low contact time and by a reduced production of unwanted substances, just to mention some of its advantages, chlorine dioxide is considered a cutting-edge product for water treatment. Main Applications The main applications of chlorine dioxide consist in the disinfection of drinking water and wastewater, in the treatment of industrial processes water and in the sanitary condition of water supplies against pathogens like Legionella Pneumophila. TECME product range includes a wide variety of models, from a few grams/hour to 12 kg/hour industrial machines. Diluted reagents as well as commercially concentrated reagents can be used. Systems developed T E C M E h a s d e v e l o p e d a p a r a l l e l implementation of series generators and ad hoc systems for specific applications and customers' requests. This series also includes the complete plants provided inside portable boxes and the portable plants for early or emergency interventions powered by battery systems with or without photovoltaic panel. Multi-point systems with additional dosing points or with analytical tools mounted on board are also supplied. DSD series for small productions has a particular system that allows the simple and direct assay of the already diluted disinfectant solution.

4 Dosing Systems PER OGNI TRATTAMENTO LA GIUSTA TECNOLOGIA Precision and safety In response to the frequent customers' request to have a precise and safe dosing of chemicals during their processes, TECME has equipped the simple dosing pump with a range of accessories. These accessories have been related according to the specific needs of the single applications and, over time, this has led to the production of a wide range of preassembled batching units. The main fields of application in which they are used are those related to the dosing of disinfectants, coagulants or correctives in drinking water or in wastewater or to the dosing of chemicals in industrial processes. Conformation of the groups Accessories The multiple conformations of the groups can be equally varied in order to respond to the specific process needs and in particular: dosing quantity from 0,1 l/h to 800 l/h by the use of electromagnetic dosing pumps or motor driven pumps automatic adjustment of the dosed quantity through normed frequency signals or analog signals ma use of materials in contact with the liquid which are specific to each dosed product in order to minimize maintenance and out-of-service conditions removal systems for gases in chemicals reactions designed to prevent the disengagement of the pump power supplies, other than network, resulting from alternative crops such as photovoltaic solar or hydro power A range of accessories, often supplied as standard, are also available: calibration cylinder to verify the pump flow to the specific operating pressure flow sensors to provide active control of the effectively dosed liquid flow tanks of various capacities equipped with containment basin and accessories back pressure valves or anti-siphon valves... in short... A specific group for each specific application installation on self-supporting structures made of a plastic material or within waterproof cabinets for outdoor installation too

Design implemented through the most modern calculation techniques verified in each individual application. Safe disinfected water retains its organoleptic properties without any unpleasant odor and taste. The risk of overdose has been eliminated. The maximum efficiency is expressed as good as water transparency. HP Series HP series with medium-pressure technology to the reduction of the undesirable compounds of chlorine in swimming pools and to the photochemical treatments in operational processes. High power electronic ballasts for modulating the dose of UV-C radiation. Special lamps with different wavelengths for various industrial processes. TOP - AS Series TOP-AS Series uses low pressure and highefficiency lamps for the disinfection of drinking water and wastewater. Reactors AISI 304/316 with automatic quartz tubes cleaning systems. Electronic controller with a large alphanumeric display to converse easily with the operator and to know, at any time, the operating status of the machine. Radiation sensors, in accordance to German Standard DVGW, for the continuous monitoring of treatment efficiency.

6 Ozone Analysis and Control A gas The instruments Ozone is a gas with a strong oxidizing and disinfection power. It has a low environmental impact and it is extremely effective against viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms. It has many applications ranging from drinking water to washing systems in food industry, from pools to fish plants. It is produced using the oxygen present in ambient air. TECME provides generators that use proven technology and that are endowed with high quality components. The range of products we can offer uses ambient air or oxygen with ozone production rates from a few grams up to several kg per hours. It is essential that in each process the analytical parameters can be displayed in real time. That is why analysis and control systems must be simple and, above all, reliable. TECME provides a set of tools for the reading and the adjustment of the main variable in water treatment: ph, redox, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. The instruments feature a large alphanumeric display and are easy to program. They allow the reading and the automatic adjustment of the dosing equipments. In addition to ph and to redox electrodes, TECME provides probes with a selective semi-permeable membrane for chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone. It also provides open amperometric easy-maintenance cells for difficult water treatment. A wide range of accessories complements the company's product portfolio in this area.

7 Air deodorization Remote management Activated carbon water filters The advantages The activated carbon water filters are used to absorb Solvents, Hydrogen Sulfide and Ammonia compounds. They are made of polypropylene and they are equipped with centrifugal fan and electrical control panel. According to its application, the activated carbon can be impregnated with suitable substances to increase its suppression efficiency. TECME provides systems for the treatment of air 3 flow rates up to 8.000Nm /h. Remote management allows the continuous and automatic monitoring and remote control of the technical installations. Through remote events acquisition you can record actions and measurement signals, deliver to the responsibles the alarm segnalations, run automations and reduce the commitment of human resources designed to the control and the operation of the plants. So, you can also reduce the operating costs of the sites remotely controlled. Scrubbers Odors or fumes abatement systems by air chemical cleaning. Vertically or horizontally execution by one or more stages. Scrubbers are supplied complete of reactive chemical dosing systems, analysis instruments, fan and electrical control panel. Design and dimensioning for flow rates up to Nm /h. TECME implements complete systems of telemanagement by using the most common communication moduls (RTC, GSM, GPRS, LP and LAN) from the technical installation of measurement and control equipments to the development of customized supervision software.
