2 PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS CAUTION Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reaction in some individuals. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS This product is toxic to fish. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans, or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority. For guidance, contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA. SPILL CONTROL Avoid contact. Eliminate all ignition sources. Ventilate confined spaces. Absorb with an inert material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container. Contain spill. DO NOT FLUSH TO SEWER. Check with application jurisdictions for specific disposal requirements of material and empty containers. FIRE FIGHTING SMALL FIRE: Use DRY chemicals, CO2, water spray or foam. LARGE FIRE: Use water spray, fog or foam. DO NOT use washer jet. MISUSE OF THIS CONTAINER CAN BE HAZARDOUS Do not cut, weld, or apply heat to empty container. Do not pressurize. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This product may be used for formulation into end-use products for use on: A. TREE CROPS Apples, Apricots, Cherries, Pears, Pecans, Plums, Prunes, Peaches B. ORNAMENTALS Azalea, Blueberries, Dogwood, Euonymus, Flowering Crabapple, Flowering Cherry, Hawthorn, Holly, Juniper, Lilac, Pines, Privet, Rhododendron, Rose, Spirea C. CITRUS CROPS Grapefruit, Lemons, Limes, Navel Oranges, Nectarines, Valencia Oranges This product also may be used to formulate products for any additional uses not listed on the MP label if the formu lator, user group, or grower has complied with the U.S. EPA data submission requirements regarding the support of such use(s).

3 STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Pesticide Storage: Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Keep container closed when not in use to prevent entry of water Pesticide Disposal: Open dumping is prohibited. Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste facility. Container Disposal: Rigid, nonrefillable containers equal to or less than 5 gallons: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling, if available. Triple rinse (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat the procedure two more times. If recycling is unavailable, puncture and dispose of in sanitary landfill, or incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke. Rigid, nonrefillable containers greater than 5 gallons: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling, if available. Triple rinse (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container% full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it back and forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its other end and tip it back and forth several times. Empty the rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times. For Plastic containers greater than 5 gallons: If recycling is unavailable, puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke. For Metal containers greater than 5 gallons: If recycling is unavailable, puncture and dispose of container in a sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
