7 EMISSION UNIT PERMIT PROCESSING AND/OR INSPECTION FEES: Any person who owns and/or operates a facility containing one or more sources of air contaminant emissions subject to permitting by Ohio EPA shall pay an annual in accordance with the following schedule for the examination, handling, review and storage of applications, reports, notifications, and/or inspection of each emissions unit. The annual assessed shall be based on the facility status of the previous calendar year, as of December 31. Annual s shall be invoiced and paid annually. All s are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. A ten percent (10%) late charge will be assessed on all delinquent payments. Allowable emissions for the facility is defined as the summation of the total allowable emissions for each regulated pollutant emitted at a rate in excess of 1 ton per year, including fugitive emissions.
