OUR MISSION With 3.4 million jobs in eco-industries and a growing demand for environmental products and services, Europe has the potential to meet the environmental challenges of the future. Ecology goes hand in hand with innovation. Projects are environmentally beneficial, innovative and economically viable in the medium to long-term. Eco-innovation boosts economic growth whilst protecting the environment. This is why we believe that the creation of THE FIRST ECO PARK that combines in the most practical and efficient way technologies, with no environmental impact and no conflicts between the business line developed, that are actually completing themselves by minimizing the uses of the required resources, WILL BE SUCCESS

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT The project will be developed in Anglesey, North of Wales, UK on the former Site of Aluminum industrial factory Anglesey Aluminium Metals Limited (AAM) already providing by its location and infrastructure of the site: A shorter time of development ( due to cutting of the construction time needed when is started from zero that is replaced by refurbishment and adapting to the purpose construction works) Access ways as the site already boasts excellent road, rail and sea access (3 track rail head, a 3 meter diameter 2 kilometer long tunnel connecting the site to its dock in the near by Holyhead Harbor via a conveyor system. There is also a major trunk road contiguous) to the site that connects to the national motorway network) Also the island also boasts an excellent airport for the landing of commercial jets

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT The gross site area is approximately 184 acres but the net developable area is 135 acres due to the large environmental site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI) designation which extends around the north and east boundary.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT Our proposed Project combines power station and Eco-Park on the former AAM site will generate electricity from the thermal degradation of certified sustainable biomass and utilize all of the waste biproducts from each of the processes described following. This project is unique in the World and will be a biggest jewel in AHEB s, its Investors and Bankers Crown. This project delivers high quality and highly nutritious foods every day of the year; it provides meaningful, valuable, sustainable and stable power for homes and industry. It will be the single largest private sector employer of a minimum of 450 permanent jobs on the Island. It will have the largest standalone greenhouse project in Europe at 26 acres; it will also have the largest undercover aquaculture farm in Europe at 42 acres.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT The super heated steam produced from the electricity production will generate steam turbines that will generate 299mW(e) of electricity. The medium grade heat will drive the adsorption refrigerants to cool the cold stores for all the foods. The low grade heat will be feed into the specialist fish farm that will yield some 10,000 metric tones of fresh fish such as halibut, turbot, Dover sole and Pacific king prawns every day of every year The greenhouse hydroponics centre will produce some 8,000 metric tones of tomatoes and lettuce again every day of every year Excess heat will also be used to heat Wales largest outdoor Lido and leisure facility, which will be our community contribution to the island, tourism and the local population.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT It will have the Largest Standalone Greenhouse project in Europe at 26 acres; it will also have the largest undercover aquaculture farm in Europe at 42 acres. We collectively use what most processes throw away and notably the collective processes produce no toxic emissions The Project comprises a cluster of businesses, with energy conservation as the common link. Each is in a separate market sector, each provides many employment opportunities in a variety of skill sets for skilled, semi and unskilled workers

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT Phase 1 of the Eco Park development will incorporate: 6mW(e) Photovoltaic Power generation An hydroponics production facility An aquaculture production facility A cold store for all the food produced Tyre recycling centre Phase 2 is a biomass power station which will incorporate: 299mW(e) power generation systems within the existing buildings on the site

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

HYDROPONICS PRODUCE GREENHOUSE We are proposing a single 26.4 acres greenhouse facility, which will be the largest in Europe, to sit alongside the power station, utilizing the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and excess heat from the power station to produce constant daily cropping of lettuce, some 2,000 metric tones per year and tomatoes some 6,000 metric tones per year, every day of the year, year in, year out. We are proposing increasing the yield per square meter of this facility in the same way as we will do for the Aquaculture below by adding a mezzanine floor

AQUACULTURE FISH FARM We are proposing to fit out some 6.4 acres (footprint) of existing buildings as the indoor fish farm. The farm will also utilize the excess heat from the power station. Utilizing our in-house engineering skill base, we have improved on the yield per square meter from this fish facility as shown in the drawing above. By stacking vertically we have increased the facility density from some 6.4 acres to some 42 acres

AQUACULTURE FISH FARM This facility will also use excess heat from the power station to produce constant daily farming of halibut, some 1,040 metric tones per year, turbot, again some 1,040 metric tones per year, Dover sole, some 1,040 metric tones per year, and Pacific king prawns at some 5,600 metric tones per year, every day of the year, year in, year out Other neighboring buildings will make good fish filleting and processing centres that will be located adjacent to the large cold storage centre. This added value expansion will be implemented once sufficient market demand has been proven

PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION We see an opportunity to install photovoltaic panels for electricity generation on a number of the existing buildings in an economic fashion. The smart meter technology of the company allows efficient utilization of power in offices, canteens, training rooms, administration facilities. The market for PV power production industry is doubling every two years

PACKING AND COLD STORE Some of the existing buildings will be transformed into packing and cold stores that will be used by the business in directly relation with the food producing lines Hydroponics and Aquaculture. If case may be, part of this facility can also be rented to the third parties for storage purposes

RECYCLING CENTRE We are proposing to develop a tyre recycling facility on the site to process 20 mt of tyres per hour/24/7. With the tyres being delivered to the site by rail and processed into pellets it provides us with a valuable and extremely high calorific value fuel supply to compliment the biomass in our own plant.

299 mw(e) BIOMASS POWER STATION Our driving initiative is the planned power station complex that will share the site with the Eco Park The biomass power station, to be built, is set to produce up to 299mW(e) per hour of electricity by using renewable forestry derived fuel for thermal conversion to combustion gas.

299 mw(e) BIOMASS POWER STATION The thermal energy is conveyed via a custom boiler and site hot oil circulatory system from which part is utilized in a steam on steam turbine generation hall of the power station. Thermal electricity power generation produces heat and CO2 as a bi-product. The heat that is surplus to power generation is to be utilized by the proposed businesses to support production all year round. The CO2 will be fed into the greenhouses to stimulate plant growth and enhanced cropping in the process of transpiration. Surplus CO2 will be used as an on-line-on-demand fire suppression medium The large aluminum powder storage shed will serve as the biomass store with direct distribution from the existing berth facility/tunnel.

ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES Combined efficiency with effectiveness : We do things right by Eco-Friendly project which offers environment protection and maximization of the use of resources Increase value in time by its sustainability and its framing into the new technologies and business lines Immediate cash flow that the project will be rolled out in 2 phases, first revenues stream generated in the second year The Project comprises a cluster of businesses, with energy conservation as the common link, each is in a separate independent market sector
