1 STORM WATER DRAINAGE & SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS DATE: 24 th -26 th October 2018 VENUE: Lagoon Beach Hotel Cape Town CESA /2020 Credited with 3 CPD Points Eighty percent of a municipality's problems are caused by twenty percent of its sanitary sewers and storm water drainage systems. The best way to avoid the majority of future problems is to pay greater attention to them during the design phase. This 3-day workshop is intended for those who require better understanding of sanitary sewer and storm water drainage systems design. The participant will be expected to complete a sanitary sewer and storm water drainage system design under instructor guidance by using first principle methods and/or design aids. Objective To understand the basics of sanitary and storm water system design, to develop skills to design new sanitary sewer and storm water drainage systems as well as to design additions or replacements for existing systems Who Should Attend TARGET AUDIENCE Municipalities Water & Sanitation Director Sewer Inspectors Waste water program manager Water District Engineer Water Planning Engineer Water Superintendents Principal Engineers Systems Engineer Water Technician Operations Engineer Civil Engineer Plumbers Program manager Telephone: +27 (0) info@eminencecorporatesolutions.co.za www. eminencecorporatesolutions.co.za
