13 Combined Effluent Treatment Plant One of the largest Combined Effluent Treatment Plant in the country, processing capacity of 18 million gallons per day Designed by the renowned international consultants M/s Royal Haskoning, Netherland and M/s NEC of Pakistan CETP is designed to comply with NEQS (National Environmental Quality Standard) and international standards 13
