The combination of two academic studies, various training courses and long professional experience, enables him to work successfully on all aspects (technical as well as institutional) of any project in the water and development sector. He is experienced in strategic planning, policy development, (water) governance, process-/project-/programme-management and institutional development. Mr. Cornelisse has worked as Specialist, Advisor, Team Leader, Department Manager, Programme Manager and Project Manager. He has an independent working style, involving customer and target group from start to finish, while communicating with all stakeholders to get maximum support and understanding for the work at hand and the impact and benefits of it.
