12 please be informed that two of the principal folks that are at the facility and are involved with the stabilization work are out of the office on vacation this week. In addition, there are others at the facility (as well as myself) who will undoubtedly be taking time off around the week of the fourth of July. As such, I would like to request an extension of time until Friday, July 11, 2014 for the facility to complete and submit a response to your letter. The additional time should be sufficient for us to complete an appropriate response, inclusive of documenting the stabilization efforts that have been completed since you were at the site in late April.
