HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION 2.1 Classification: Preparation non-hazardous Not hazardous by Annex I (Note L) of R. D. 363/ R-Phrases: This product is not classified in any of the categories of risk described in the European or State legislation. They do not require classification as carcinogenic if it can be shown that the substance contains less than 3% DMSO extract as measured by IP 346. This note applies only to certain complex coal-derived substances and oil - applies in Annex I. SECTION 3. SECTION 4. GENERAL FIRST AID MEASURES Symptoms: Instructions: 4.1 Ingestion: Gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. Go to the doctor. Do not induce vomiting.

2 4.2 Eye Contact: May cause temporary irritation. Wash thoroughly and repeatedly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. 4.3 Skin Contact: Repeated or prolonged skin contact. May cause skin conditions such as existence of small wounds or abrasions. Wash affected areas with soap and water. Take off shoes and dirty/contaminated garments. Do not use solvents. 4.4 Inhalation: Under normal conditions of handling no risk of this type. Breathe clean air for a few minutes. SECTION 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURE The product has a flash point of more than 200 C. 5.1 Extinguishing Agents: Foam, dry powder, CO2 or water spray. 5.2 Unsuitable Extinguishing Agents: Direct water jet. 5.3 Decomposition Products: Mainly carbon oxides, water vapour, oxides of zinc, magnesium oxides, molybdenum oxides and nitrogen oxides. 5.3 Protective Equipment: Do not enter enclosed or confined area where fire occurs without proper protective equipment including self-contained breathing apparatus. Use appropriate masks. SECTION 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES 6.1 Person-Related Safety Precautions: 6.2 Information About Protection Against Explosion & Fires: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not empty into drains and sewage systems. Avoid contamination of soil and water (both surface and groundwater). 6.3 Measures for Cleaning: Soak up with absorbent and fireproof material (eg, silica gel, binder). Collect waste in suitable, labelled and sealed containers and manage through authorized manager. If there is a significant spill notify the local authority. The product is non-emulsifiable in water. SECTION 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE 7.1 Handling: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin and eyes. If oil mist is formed there must be an adequate ventilation system. 7.2 Storage: Store in a place protected from extremes of temperature and humidity, avoiding the proximity of sources of ignition and flammable products, and strong oxidizing chemicals. In the event that the combustion product is started, avoid breathing fumes generated. Store containers so that accidental spills of the product are prevented or potential spills will be contained. SECTION 8.
