DEVELOPMENTS IN SMALL REFORMERS MAY RESULT IN LOWERING THE ECONOMIC SIZE FOR ON-SITE PLANTS. AFTER HYDROGEN FUEL INFRASTRUCTURE IS ESTABLISHED, CHANGE FROM FOSSIL ENERGY TO RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES CAN OCCUR.
