6 CRO Series Reverse Osmosis System AXEON CRO Series Reverse Osmosis System utilizes reverse osmosis technology and features a four stage pre filter, membrane and post filter design that is housed inside a single cartridge. A fifth stage post polishing inline carbon filter is installed between the tank and faucet for even better tasting water. The system includes a two gallon white storage tank, faucet, tubing and quick connect fittings for a fast and easy installation. 7 CRO Series Reverse Osmosis System With only one main cartridge and one inline carbon filter, the AXEON CRO Series Reverse Osmosis System saves time and money on service calls and replacement cartridges. No preliminary tank or unit assembly is required. The tank, feed and drain lines are pre plumbed in the unit and tested at the factory. Final onsite installation is fast and simple. The AXEON CRO Series Reverse Osmosis System incorporates 3/8 tubing for faucet and tank connections. The larger diameter tubing ensures faster flow rate of approximately 30% from the faucet. 63 X2 Series Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems AXEON X2 Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are engineered to treat demanding feedwater conditions such as high content of dissolved solids. Designed for robust applications requiring high pressures, the AXEON X2 Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are ideally suited for brackish water. X Industrial Reverse Osmosis System X2 Series models range in capacity from 21 to 126 gallons per minute (30,240 to 181,440 gallons per day). Using high efficiency 8 inch reverse osmosis elements with 10% greater membrane surface area, AXEON X2 Series Systems are able to significantly reduce TDS in both municipal and well water sources while producing higher volumes of permeate water. Low energy brackish water membranes are available for cold temperature applications and high rejection brackish water membranes are available for high TDS applications. The AXEON X2 Series Systems feature a pre programmed computer controller, motorized feed valve, TDS probes and panel mounted pressure and flow instrumentation. 84 CIP Series Clean In Place Systems AXEON Clean In Place Systems (CIP) are mobile skids used for cleaning membranes without removing them from the reverse osmosis system. The CIP systems are designed to be easily integrated with any of the AXEON X Series or M Series reverse osmosis models. However, these CIP systems are also engineered as standalone systems that are compatible with any manufacturer s membrane system. AXEON Clean In Place Systems vary in size according to the number of membrane vessels that are to be cleaned in parallel, which is determined by the number of vessels in the first stage of the reverse osmosis skid. A centrifugal pump provides the recirculation flow and pressure recommended by the membrane manufacturer. A built in recycle loop allows for mixing of cleaning agents prior to use and tank level switches to protect the pump. Options include an immersion heater and a ph monitor. CIP 100 Clean In Place System AXEON also offers the C Series Membrane Cleaners for use with AXEON Clean In Place Systems. The C Series Cleaners are compatible with all brands of reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes.
