On April 1, 215, Governor Brown signed Executive Order B-29-15, directing the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to impose restrictions to achieve a statewide 25 percent reduction in potable urban water usage as compared to the amount used in 213. Currently, State mandate s enforcement period is from July October 216. On June 21, 216, EVMWD submitted to the SWRCB its Water Supply Reliabilitycertification application (Stress Test) requesting for % water conservation target for the enforcement period June 216 January 217. On August 16, 216, SWCRB approved our application, and our current Water Conservation Target is %. On February 8, 217, SWRCB adopted an emergency water conservation regulation to amend and extend the May 18, 216 regulation. Compliance with the conservation standard extends through October, 217.
