2 PROJECT OVERVIEW Ec-Industrial Park Envirnmental Supprt System - EPESUS - is a Ec-innvatin prject under the Cmpetitiveness and Innvatin Framewrk Prgramme (CIP) cmpnent f Enterpreneurship and Innvatin Prgramme (EIP). The main aim f the EPESUS Prject is t fcus n the applicatin f tls and methds in rder t create a shift fr industrialists frm reactive regulatry apprach t practive envirnmental decisin making. There are many tls and methds that can be used by industries; hwever EPESUS Prject mainly fcuses n the visin f establishment f the Ec-Industrial Parks in rder t increase the envirnmental perfrmance f the industries. What is the prject abut? EPESUS prject stands fr develpment f an Ec-Industrial Park Envirnmental Supprt System. EPESUS prject aims t serve Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) within an industrial park r any cmmunicatin netwrk, in imprving their envirnmental requirements, managing their resurce usage and waste treatment and imprving their energy efficiency. The prject aims at supprting the SMEs regarding their resurce and energy efficiency by the aid f a sftware tl. Wh are the partners invlved?
